In order to contribute to our company’s continuous development, you will be responsible for marketing and selling INITIAL Services.
You will be responsible for managing an existing network of distributor clients and detecting potential new clients.
You will organise your action plan and canvassing actions on the basis of the company’s Sales and Marketing Strategy.
Acting as a pivot between INITIAL and its clients, you will provide the clientele with technical support where required and contribute to business development through the integration of new clients and opinion leaders throughout the region. You will support business development by acting as a force of proposals to drive existing and new clients’ initiatives.
Further to higher education studies in a technical discipline (e.g. Aluminium Systems, Mechanical Engineering Diploma, Building Envelopes Diploma…), you will have an initial successful work experience in the aluminium construction (or similar) sector.
In addition to experience of the business culture in the building sector (administration, workshops, opinion leaders) you understand and are familiar with the technical parameters and regulations in the sector.
As a field operative, you will have a good level of knowledge about the market in the region.
With an objective of continuous improvement and development, you will display real relational qualities (sense of contact, diplomacy, patience, perseverance, etc.) and negotiation skills that will enable you to develop the current clientele and win new accounts.
