Comprehensive constructional renovation has turned the old production building of the Iserlohn “Brause nib factory” into a commercial centre for innovative service-providers.  As a listed industrial monument, modification of the factory façade was not allowed.
 
The AA 610 series “TIP” renovation latticed windows uses the latest technology and combines the appearance based on these historic wooden and steel windows with improved sound and heat insulation requirements.
