1 Open-ended contract

In order to contribute to our company’s rapid development you will be in charge of promoting and selling Kawneer's products and services, supported by R&D, Marketing, Credit, the sales reps, Logistics, etc.
- You will manage a network of loyal distributors and seek out potential new customers.
- You will organise your own customer recruiting activities and draw up an action plan for your sector in compliance with our sales strategy.
- In your capacity as the interface between Kawneer and its customers, you will provide customers with the requisite technical support and contribute to the development of our business by acquiring new customers from among the key players in the region.
Required skills:
The successful candidate will possess an advanced qualification in an engineering principal (e.g. a graduate or vocational diploma in aluminium joinery, mechanical engineering, building envelopes…) and proven successful experience in sales of aluminium systems (or similar products).
You must have in-depth knowledge of the building sector, know how businesses function (engineering consultants, workshops, opinion leaders) and have full command of all the technical aspects of buildings.
You must be locally based and have sound knowledge of the regional market.
You must be a developer who inspires confidence thanks to genuine interpersonal skills (good communicator, diplomatic, patient, persevering, etc.) and a capacity for negotiation, which will enable you to generate a loyal customer base and win new accounts.
