Hunt Tower

Rogers, Arkansas, USA

Located in Rogers, Arkansas, Hunt Tower is a 10-story-tall, 235,000-square-foot Class A office building featuring more than 80,000 square feet of curtain wall. The building also features 11,450 square feet of garden terrace. The $32 million building, which houses multiple tenants, is the tallest building in Benton County, Arkansas—which borders Oklahoma to the west and Missouri to the north.

Over 80,000 square feet of Kawneer’s 1600 System™2 Curtain Wall in a light sequin metallic finish covers the building. The system includes 12-inch-deep pressure bar covers for aesthetics and shading on some elevations. The high-performance, one-inch insulating glass from Vitro Architectural Glass in Solarcool gray coats the No. 2 surface with clear Solarban 60 low-emissivity on the No. 3 surface. Additionally, ACE Glass fabricated 40,000 square feet of APS-WCE 175RS dryset rainscreen panels. Also featured throughout are Kawneer’s 350 Medium Stile entrances and top floor balcony railings made from curtain wall.
