The building houses both the main agency of the Société Générale Marocaine (open to the public) and the bank’s head offices, where 700 people are employed.
The architecture is a mixture of avant-garde and traditionalism.
The building’s façade is made up of a VEC 1202 curtain wall, with reinforced anti-intrusion glass on the ground floor.
The remaining glazing is glaverbel with thermal and acoustic insulation, capable of capturing maximum light to save on energy (air-conditioning and lighting). The internal façades are fitted with Venetian blinds.
